"I am very grateful to be able to stay in this community and my beautiful apartment. Katrina Harris is a Beautiful person and so helpful and kind and considerate and understands the stresses of a move. I will forever be grateful to her for listening to me and and helping me along the way, never making me feel bad because I didn’t understand something. Also, this is a beautiful community from what I can see so far. And it seems like really nice people live here. There are many amenities to enjoy. Basketball area, beautiful pool, and barbecue area, And a workout room. Many amenities for the price. I had a Problem with my shower And the maintenance man (I wish I could remember his name) was on it in a very timely manner. He explained The problem to me and then went and got the items he needed to fix it. He was back in a jiffy, fixed it, And even cleaned up after himself. I was amazed. Another item to be very grateful for here at The Arbors."

"Lived here for 4 years! Had a great experience things only got better with Katrina and Hannah those two really keep the property not only kept clean and tidy but provide great events for community building. They are always in the office and provide amazing customer service. Grateful to have lived with such a great crew! Pastor was also a great maintenance worker and always fixed anything the apartment needed as soon as it was needed! Everyone has the best attitude. Going to miss this place <3"

"I am just about to move out but I wanted to make sure to write about how great of an experience I had living here. First and foremost the leasing/residents team of Katrina and Hannah are absolutely incredible! Extremely helpful and are always available for any questions or issues that come up. My apartment was beautiful and so fairly priced that I am really going to miss living there, especially when it's so hard to find anything else in the OC area right now."

"Katrina and Hannah (from property management) both did such a good job in a short amount of time. We love our new apartment. Although there was some delays, management was able to have everything ready by the time we move in. Super excited to start our new living here."

"David received the wrong measurements for the new blinds. He came up with solutions until the corrected one was received. The issue was was resolved in a timely manner. David was a patient and made that every thing was fine with us."
